The chosen applicants will be responsible for the identifying and recruitment of players across the player performance pathway and be tasked with watching weekly fixtures and completing detailed reports on players to support the identification process for Cambridge United.
The applicant must be enthusiastic about player development and have the skillset to work within an elite environment.
