Matchday Experience

92% of supporters believed the Club offers an enjoyable matchday experience at the Cledara Abbey Stadium, with 98.5% of supporters rating a matchday 3 out of 5 of higher.

Live music acts have also proved popular in the past season, with only 11% claiming that they do not improve the supporter experience.

The Junior U’s Kids’ Zone also received favourable reviews, with plans in place to further improve the Kid’s Zone ahead of the new season.

Safeguarding, Inclusivity & Accessibility

An encouraging 99% of supporters stated they felt safe at games, with 98% feeling that the Cledara Abbey Stadium is an inclusive and welcoming environment.

One of the key areas which the survey highlighted was that 48% of people believed the levels of accessibility for supporters with disability falls below acceptable levels.

The club’s decision to make the South Stand a home supporter stand from next season should help to address this issue, with access to 15 accessible seats and wheelchair spaces available within the stand.

In addition, as part of the Club’s stadium development it will be working in conjunction with Level Playing Field to make a minimum of 1% of the new capacity accessible to supporters with disabilities in line with the Green Guide regulations.

Catering

Catering responses were positive with most supporters being satisfied with the options at the ground however, feedback relating to quality and consistency was raised and has been shared with the Club’s external catering provider.

Ahead of the new season, menu revisions will be implemented and vegan and vegetarian options introduced.

Retail

55% of supporters detailed using the online store, whilst 72% of supporters detailed using the Club Shop throughout the season, with the vast majority using it on a matchday.

Additionally, customer experience rated high with 92.3% rating their experience to be 3 out of 5 of higher.

Ahead of the new season the Club will be installing a new club shop and ticket office which will provide a footprint three times that of the existing facility. In addition, an increased product range and opening hours will be in operation.

Hospitality

10% of supporters detailed they had experience hospitality at the Cledara Abbey Stadium this season, with 94.3% rating their experience as 3 out of 5 or higher, whilst 85% felt that the catering was of a good standard.

The Club would like to thank all supporters who took the time to complete the survey which has been reviewed and used to help form decisions and improvements ahead of the new season. The winner of the prize draw for the free hospitality package for the first game of the season will be announced on 1 July once the fixtures have been confirmed.
