Cambridge United has appointed Lorraine Cullum as the Club's new DSLO (Disability Supporter Liaison Officer)...
Lorraine has worked at Cambridge United for nine years as the front-of-house face and voice of the Club, inside the Club Shop and Ticket Office.
Known to many supporters and experienced in dealing with supporter-related issues and queries, Lorraine will lead a team of two volunteers as Josh Grimwood and Warren Eldred support her on Matchdays.
Our DSLO team are responsible for supporting and advising the football club in relation to improving access and inclusion for its disabled supporters, customers, employees, volunteers, and players.
They will be advocates for all disability-related matters and will champion disability issues, as well as promoting the business benefits of creating an accessible stadium, matchday and inclusive environment.
They are the main point of contact between the football club and its disabled supporters, guests, players, and employees and will work to facilitate a positive dialogue between the two parties.
