Cambridge United have a number of coaching roles within it's Pre-Academy and Elite Programme...

Our category three Academy is an integral part of our club, and our vision is driven by our youth development structure and community values.

These positions are for driven individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking and possesses the skillset to work in our Elite Centre (Tier2) environment.

Pre Academy & Elite Development Centre Coach – Lead

  • Location: Newmarket
  • 3 hours per week minimum
  • Reporting into our Elite Centre Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for Coaching players across U7-U14 Age Groups in line with our Academy philosophy.

Elite Development Centre Coach – U11 Lead, U13 Support

  • Location: Saffron Walden
  • 3 hours per week minimum
  • Reporting into our Elite Centre Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for Coaching players across U9-U13 Age Groups in line with our Academy philosophy.

Lead Pre Academy & Support Elite Development Centre Coach 

  • Location: Newmarket
  • 3 hours per week minimum
  • Reporting into our Elite Centre Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for Coaching players across U7-U14 Age Groups in line with our Academy philosophy.

A UEFA C License, FA Safeguarding qualification and First Aid qualification are required for all roles.
