Cambridge United Academy is looking to recruit two Regional Area Scouts to cover grassroots football in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire...
Due to the nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in or close to Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire, depending on which position is being applied for.
This role will consist of watching fixtures across weekends as well as completing detailed reports on players to support the identification processes for Cambridge United.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year scouting experience and a strong knowledge of Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire.
The following criteria are essential:
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner & organised
- Knowledgeable of local football
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Able to drive
