Cambridge United are excited to announce Hill as the Club’s new back of shirt sponsor.
Hill is an award-winning top 20 UK housebuilder and one of the leading developers in London and the south east of England, delivering both private for sale and affordable homes.
As part of their sponsorship, the Hill logo will be emblazoned on the back of all first team and replica shirts, with the home, away and third kits all featuring Hill branding. The 2018/19 home shirt will be revealed tomorrow.
Hill is already working in partnership with the club’s charitable arm, The Cambridge United Community Trust, which provides a grassroots school initiative, delivering PE lessons and extracurricular sport to more than 60 local primary schools in the Cambridge area.
Head of Partnerships, Nick Fairbairn, comments: “We have developed a fantastic partnership with Hill over the past few months, which is underlined by the fact that they have extended their sponsorship with us to include back of shirt. They are a thriving company who pride themselves on engaging with their local community and we are delighted to be strengthening our ties with them”.
Rob Hall, Deputy Managing Director at Hill, comments: “We are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Cambridge United Football Club as their back of shirt sponsor. Football is a sport that teaches and requires commitment and team work and so we are proud to be associated with a club that assists in developing these skills but also strives to have a positive impact on the local community.”
Hill has a strong presence in Cambridge, having delivered more than 1,300 homes in the city to date. Its developments include Athena, the first phase of private housing to be released at Eddington, an exciting new district being created by the University of Cambridge, Magna on Harrison Drive, a joint venture project with Homerton College, Anstey Hall Barns in Trumpington and Ninewells, a collection of 162 properties set in a beautiful natural environment with views of the Gog Magog Downs.
