The U’s are offering you the chance to celebrate Mother’s Day at the Club with a choice of either a luxurious two-course or three-course meal, within the relaxed environment of our Premier Travel Hospitality Suite.
You’ll have a choice of the following from our Mother’s Day menu:
Starters:
Spiced Parsnip Soup with Bread Roll & Butter
Lambs Lettuce & Celery Salad with Roquefort
Wild Mushroom Tartlet & Rocket Salad
Main Course:
Thyme Roasted Chicken Breast, Sautéed Potato, Garlic & Tomato Dressing
Sea Bass, Crushed New Potato, Sliced Green Beans, Lemon Butter Sauce
Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding, Rosemary & Garlic Roast Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables
Dessert:
Chocolate Fudge Cake & Hot Chocolate Sauce
Lemon Tart with Chantilly Cream
Cheese & Biscuits
*Complimentary Tea, Coffee and a Chocolate Truffle will also be served.
Prices are £21.95 per person for the two course option and £25.00 per person for three courses. Tables can be booked from 12pm, until 3:30pm and the bar will remain open until 5pm.
