TRUST APPOINT NICK CLARKE

Nick Clarke appointed as Trustee of CUCT

CAMBRIDGE United Community Trust are pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Clarke as a Trustee. He was most recently Leader of Cambridgeshire County Council, where he chaired the Cabinet and the Health and Well-being Board, and a County Councillor for Fulbourn. Prior to this he was an Independent Member of Cambridgeshire Police Authority, a Board Member of the Greater Cambridge Partnership and Chair of the Cambridgeshire Federation of Small Businesses, all while holding the position of CEO of an IT consultancy firm. Nick also has considerable experience in the charitable sector, having been a Founding Trustee of Addenbrooke’s Abroad, which seeks to improve healthcare by facilitating partnerships with hospitals in the developing world, and Chair of Trustees for Bottisham Action for Youth, a local charity. Cambridge United Community Trust will benefit from Nick’s dedication to the local community, as well as his managerial experience and diverse interests.
