The chosen applicant will lead the running and organisation of the Club's Boys Regional Development Centre programmes, which involves over 1000 players and operates at 15 venues across Cambridgeshire and boarding counties.
They will ensure that youth players receive high quality opportunities, whilst targeting new participation and raising the profile of Cambridge United.
A UEFA C in Coaching Football qualification is required, whilst an FA Goalkeeping and UEFA B is desirable.
