Lavery is included in Northern Ireland's 25-man squad for their UEFA Nations League fixtures against Luxemboug (Thursday 5 September) and Bulgaria (Sunday 8 September). The U's forward has 19 senior caps for Northern Ireland.
Kaikai will once again represent Sierra Leone as the Leone Stars face Chad (Friday 6 September) and Zambia (Tuesday 10 September) in AFCON qualifying.
Finally, O'Riordan has two UEFA Euro U21 qualifying matches ahead of him for the Republic of Ireland, against Turkey (Friday 6 September) and Latvia (Tuesday 10 September).
United's Saturday 7 September clash with Bolton Wanderers, which is taking place over the International Duty period, has been rescheduled for Tuesday 26 November at 7:45pm.
