Fans are invited to come along and watch the team train from the Mead Plant & Grab Family South Stand, before getting a chance to meet Garry Monk and the players, and take part in a Q&A session.
Marvin the Moose will be in attendance and there will be plenty of activities and refreshments available for supporters in the new Family Stand Fan Zone.
It will be a first chance for fans to see the new Family Stand ahead of the new season, with a number of improvements and amenity upgrades taking place over the summer.
