Glenn McConnell has joined Chelmsford City on a 28-day loan...
The 19-year-old will play under former U's striker and current Clarets boss, Robbie Simpson, having previously enjoyed successful loans at St Neots Town and St Albans City.
McConnell joins the squad ahead of today's National League South match between Chelmsford and Worthing.
