The EFL's annual Week of Action is taking place all this week, celebrating the collective impact of Club community work across the leagues.
Last season alone, more than one million people engaged in EFL Club community work and more than £1 billion worth of social value is genered through EFL Club community programmes and initiatives.
Midfield duo, Digby and Cousins joined in with the weekly Foundation session, which takes place at The Netherhall School every Tuesday.

Cambridge United Foundation's latest Impact Report showed that 12,957 participants engaged with them across the 2023/24 season. View some of the findings below:
- Two thirds of participants agreed or strongly agreed that they made positive changes to their life as a result of their activity at Cambridge United Foundation
- 74% of adult participants felt a strong or very strong sense of belonging to their local neighbourhood, 20% above the national average
- Happiness was on average 20% higher amongst junior participants compared to the national average
- Measures of personal wellbeing were between 18-23% higher for junior participants compared to national averages
