A retired England A and Saracens rugby player who works as a Performance Lifestyle Coach for the UK Sports Institute, Dawn runs her own performance wellbeing coaching business and has been leading, coaching, managing, mentoring and developing the wellbeing, lifestyle and transition needs of elite athletes and staff for over 20 years.
Jenny Horsfield, Women’s Board Chair said, "We are delighted to welcome Dawn to the Women’s Board as we begin a new season. Dawn has a wealth of experience and has played sport at a high level, Dawn’s skills will be of huge benefit to the Club as we continue to develop and progress our Women’s section.”
Dawn Sanders added, “I am thrilled to join the Cambridge United Women’s Board at such an exciting time for the Women’s section. As we aim to further develop and enhance the women’s game, I hope my experience will ensure that player care and wellbeing are at the heart of our efforts and contribute to the club’s aspirations."
