The U's begin the campaign away at Bromley, before home games against Charlton Athletic and Chelsea U21s. Both games at the Cledara Abbey Stadium will kick-off at the earlier time of 7pm.

- Cambridge United vs Charlton Athletic - Tuesday 17 September - 7pm
- Cambridge United vs Chelsea U21 - Tuesday 5 November - 7pm
