Cambridge United are recruiting Volunteers to work as Abbey Helpers on Matchdays...
The Club is seeking Abbey Helpers to help with the Matchday operation at the Cledara Abbey Stadium.
All volunteers receive a free ticket for the match that they are volunteering for, a free food and drink voucher, training and development opportunities and access to exclusive Club events.
Abbey Helpers are required to:
- Engage with spectators on a matchday and deliver a warm welcome
- Assist spectators in entering the stadium on matchdays
- Being a first point of contact for the spectators entering the stadium
- Provide information and advice about the Stadium and facilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Signpost visitors to entrances, ticket office, club shop and on-site bars/catering outlets
- Ensure a good matchday experience for supporters
