The chosen candidate will be required to manage and support the players in the Elite Scholarship for our female teams, in addition to assist with the running and development of Cambridge United’s female programmes.
Key job outcomes:
- To attend and lead in the operation of the games programme for the Female Elite Scholarship Schemes
- To deliver coaching sessions to all Elite Scholarship players in line with the Academy Philosophy and coaching curriculum
- To ensure the Academy Philosophies and Values are adhered to by the players within the CRC Programme
- To lead in the monitoring and assessment of the players in the whole CRC Female Programme from training and match performances
- To lead with the scouting and recruitment process where appropriate for all teams within our Elite Female Scholarship programme
- To assist with administrative tasks related to the role, including general organisation, recording of sessions, match performances and player reviews
- To lead on the organisation, delivery and communication of the girls ETC programme which includes the running of training sessions, fixtures, trials and other additional opportunities/events
- To assist with the organisation and delivery of all other Cambridge United’s girls programmes
- To recruit, train and manage the required staff for the ETC and other girls programmes including assisting with CPD events
- To meet/exceed the financial targets for the female programmes, as set by the Club.
- To ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation of the ETC budget
- To promote and market all Club activities and programmes
