Abbey Helpers and Programme Sellers wanted for new season

Cambridge United are recruiting Abbey Helpers and Programme Sellers who are keen to assist in creating the ultimate Matchday Experience at The Abbey Stadium...

Abbey Helpers and Programme/50-50 Sellers, working with our Supporter Liaison Officer, play a key role in this ambition by helping create the best possible atmosphere and experience for supporters on Matchday, including those who are visiting for the first time.
 
Abbey Helpers are required to:
  • Provide a friendly, welcoming and trustworthy point of contact on Matchdays for supporters visiting the Abbey Stadium
  • Be on hand to show new visitors around the Abbey Stadium to relevant points of interest around the ground
  • To ensure that the Club's Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults policy and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • To ensure that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times

In return for helping the Club, Abbey Helpers and Programme Sellers receive free entry to every home game they work and a free food and drink voucher to use at the stadium.

The Club is eager to deliver the best Matchday Experience possible for all supporters and the right recruitment in this area is paramount.
