A hat-trick from Sarah Wiltshire, brace from Francesca Partridge and a goal from new-signing Sydnie Naylor completed the rout as United booked their place in the Cambridgeshire County Cup final for the first time since 2019, when they beat Cambridge City 2-1.
Darren Marjoram's side are going for back-to-back County Cup successes, after winning the Hunts Invitation Cup last year.
