The Club is looking for driven individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking and possesses the skillset to work within our elite environment.
Reporting into the Head of Academy Recruitment, the successful applicants will be responsible for identifying and recruitment of players across the player performance pathway.
The Club has two roles open for applicants - casual scouts based in North London, East London and Essex and volunteer scouts across the country.

The successful applicants will be required to travel to and watch weekly fixtures, as well as completing detailed reports on players to support the identification process for Cambridge United.
Applicants should have an FA Talent ID Level 1 qualification, a Full UK Driving Licence and coaching qualifications.
