The role of the Physical Performance Coach is to contribute to the physical development of all First Team players, working closely with the Head of Performance, to help optimise player performance, readiness, and availability.
The individual will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of both gym and pitch-based strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation sessions. The performance coach will also lead on player monitoring and screening providing relevant feedback to key stakeholders.
A degree in a sports science related field, first aid qualification, an MSc in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning and qualifications in strength and conditioning, i.e. UKSCA, EXOS, CSCS are all required.
