This exciting opportunity is a zero-hour coaching role and well suited to those with goalkeeper-specific coaching or playing experience within a football environment. There is also an opportunity to coach within our female goalkeeping programme pathway.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To coach talented young goalkeepers between the ages of U7-U16 at one or more of our five venues operating on weeknights around Cambridgeshire, following a 30-week training syllabus set by the Programme Lead
- To work closely with the Programme Lead to identify top-performing players suitable for progression into the club's Elite Centre programme and beyond
- To complete two reports per season, giving RGC players feedback for their development
- To assist with fixtures and training camps in the school holidays
