Cambridge United have today filed accounts at Companies House for last season - to end June 2021 - during which time the Club won promotion to League One...
There was an operating loss of £445,000 and as previously announced, the Club has ring-fenced investment of £1m set aside for future capital projects through the sale of equity by Paul Barry.
Shaun Grady, Chairman of the Board said, "This was obviously a very difficult period for every business given the multiple impacts of COVID and the support of sponsors, fans, Government and football more widely made a considerable difference at a vital time, alongside clearly our performances on the pitch.
"I am sure I speak for everyone in thanking our owners who continue to give their strong financial commitment and support to the Club."
