Glenn McConnell has joined National League South outfit St. Albans City on a month’s loan deal…
The 17-year-old has played an integral role within the Club’s academy set-up this season, scoring 10 and assisting four in 12 games, including scoring four of the six goals United U18s shipped past Colchester United in the Third Round of the FA Youth Cup recently.
Having been called up to Republic or Ireland’s U18s squad in November, Glenn will continue his development under the stewardship of David Noble at Clarence Park over the next month.
Elsewhere, Louis Chadwick (Royston) and Saleem Akanbi (Concord) have both had their loans extended for a further month.
