Cambridge United Community Trust has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their senior leadership team and oversee the Education & Skills strand of work, one of four strategic areas...

We are seeking a collaborative, caring and transformative individual to be help drive forward this key area of the Trust's community work.

Our strategic focuses in this area are:

1) To improve engagement, confidence and attainment in primary schools
2) To provide opportunities for people to develop new skills for employment

Alongside this, Staff Development is at the core of our work and we see developing and maintaining a Workforce Development programme across the entire Community Trust team as a major part of this role.

  • Responsible to: Community Trust Manager
  • Contract: Full-Time (Part-time position available on discussion)
  • Salary: £30,000-£34,000 pro-rata
  • Closing date: 10th May 2022
  • Start date: ASAP following notice period
