Cambridge United defender Mamadou Jobe has joined St. Neots Town on loan...
The centre-half, 18, progressed through the youth ranks with the U's and made his debut for the first team in an impressive 4-1 win against Oxford United in the Papa John's Trophy Group stages, playing the full 90 minutes.
Mamadou will link up with familiar face Peter Gill, who still holds a role within the Cambridge United academy as Senior Professional Development Phase Coach, as well as managing St. Neots in the Southern League Division One Central.
The U's hold the option to recall the defender after 28 days.
Everyone at Cambridge United wishes Mamadou the best on his loan.
