As part of our recently launched, 'At the Heart of the Community' strategy, the Community Trust are committed to supporting the Government’s Kickstart Scheme, offering opportunities for young people to gain real world experience with either the Community Trust or Cambridge United Football Club.
Kickstart roles last 6 months and are a minimum of 25 hours a week, giving you the chance to grow into a key member of our organisation. These vacancies are available to anyone aged 16-24 currently claiming universal credit through their work coach.

This year nearly 1,300 young people will have the opportunity to take part in the Kickstart Government scheme, working in a local Football Club or Club Community Organisation.
