Following on from our recent updates on the changes to the iFollow access for Season-Ticket holders, we would like to inform supporters of this ahead of Saturday’s fixture against Barrow.
Any supporter who required a code to watch the Salford fixture WILL also require a code for Saturday’s game.
As communicated over the last four weeks, the system is changing from a code-based approach to an email account system, which allows STH's automatic access to home league fixtures that are played behind closed doors.
We have advised supporters that STH's need to ensure that the email address on record at cufcdirect.com is consistent with their iFollow account. 91% of supporters had done this prior to the original deadline and therefore will be granted the automatic access.
Any supporter who required a code to watch the Salford fixture WILL also require a code for Saturday’s game. Supporters who require a code need to email info@cambridge-united.co.uk as soon as possible.
Check STH access to iFollow:
Log in to your iFollow account on the club website
Click your name in the navigation bar top right to get to 'My Account page'
Scroll down to Purchased packages.
Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket – Cambridge Untied'
If it doesn’t show, then either you have not set up an iFollow account using the registered email we have for you, or it has not been yet linked therefore you will not be automatically granted access and you will require a code for Saturday’s fixture.
Those supporters that are still to notify us of any changes to email addresses must have done so by 12pm on Friday 13th November to ensure automatic iFollow access going forward. Failure to do so will mean you are unable to access a free stream for home league fixtures.
