Preparations for the 2019/20 Sky Bet League Two season draw nearer, with United returning to the Abbey Stadium for a pair of challenging fixtures against the Foxes and the Tractor Boys later this month.
The U’s play Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City on Tuesday 23rd July with the Premier League outfit bringing their first team to the Abbey, before United then play host to East Anglian rivals Ipswich Town four days later on Saturday 27th July.
Both games offer United fans not only the chance to get a first glimpse of the new faces added to the U’s squad during the off-season, but the chance to watch Colin Calderwood’s men complete their build up to the new Sky Bet League Two season against two quality opponents.
