Enter your name into our charity Bauble and Spoon Race set to take place at half-time during this Saturday’s fixture against Leyton Orient at the Abbey!
Three teams of fans will be racing against each other around the perimeter of the pitch equipped with a rather festive Bauble and Spoon this Saturday, with the chance of winning a Cambridge United Home Shirt.
In partnership with Cambridge United Community Trust, the Club’s Shadow Scholar who are completing the National Citizen Service (NCS) Programme have created the idea of the relay race to raise awareness and money for Wintercomfort.
Wintercomfort are a day centre open seven days a week creating opportunities all year round for homeless individuals. For more than 28 years, Wintercomfort has supported people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home in Cambridge. A bucket collection will take place at Saturday’s fixture and we ask all supporters to donate as generously as possible.
