Boots2Africa make debut at Cambridge United for MK Dons Match

Micro charity Boots2Africa will be present at the Abbey Stadium on Saturday for the MK Dons fixture; collecting donated pre-loved boots, astros, trainers, kits and accessories to ship them on to their supported projects in nine countries of equatorial and Southern Africa.

Formed in 2016, in just two full seasons Colchester based Boots2Africa have amassed and dispatched over 7000 pairs of donated boots and 15000+ items of kits to Africa’s poorest children and young adults in Universities, schools, sports academies and community group at virtually zero cost.

Boots2Africa has also been welcomed at other professional clubs around the East Anglia region too, including Ipswich Town, Colchester United and Southend United.  Their target for this season is 5000 Boots2Africa donated and delivered, whilst the whole life project target is one million by 2030.

If your Grassroots club would like to support Boots2Africa in the coming season and beyond, come and meet the Boots2Africa team before the game at the Fan Club Tent.
