Ethos are extremely pleased to have partnered up with Cambridge United again for the new season. As Official Match Ball and Website sponsors, at every Cambridge United match day Ethos rewards an individual for their contribution to sport in the Cambridgeshire community as the Hero of the Day.
For the first home game of the season, Ethos have chosen John Wroe, the Founder and CEO of Street Child United.
Street Child United is a UK charity using the power of sport, specifically international sports events, to change the negative perceptions and treatment of street-connected children everywhere.
Ethos are keen supporters of the charity and have taken part in various fundraisers such as the Sponsored Sleep Out at the Abbey Stadium, plus, the opening London leg of the challenge to walk a marathon in the 14 European countries which qualified for the World Cup.
Having had the pleasure of hearing John’s inspiring stories about the charity at our last sales meeting, we are delighted to have him as the first hero of the day for the new season.
