As well as bagging the three points on Saturday afternoon against Colchester United, striker Uche Ikpeazu continues to bag further donations for Cambridge United Community Trust, thanks to the generosity of the United faithful.
Earlier this summer, two supporters pledged to donate £50 to CUCT for every goal scored by the hulking centre forward this season and having already found the net on two occasion this year, Uche has managed to raise £200.
The Community Trust has now opened up this opportunity to the Amber Army right across the team!
Back the U's this year by donating to Cambridge United Community Trust for each goal scored or clean sheet kept by a specific player this season.
Pledge Here or by emailing communitytrust@cambridge-united.co.uk
The money raised helps Cambridge United Community Trust to deliver community programmes such as our seven weekly disability sport sessions, social isolation projects for senior citizens and outreach programmes in primary schools.
So why not select a donation of your own?
Cambridge United Community Trust CEO Ben Szreter said: "We're very grateful to the fans who have already pledged and are excited for more fans to back the U's.
"All the money raised helps Cambridge United to have a positive impact in our community."
Examples of donations include:
£5 for each clean sheet kept by David Forde.
£10 for each goal scored by Jabo Ibehre.
£20 for each clean sheet kept when Leon Legge is on the pitch.
