ONE DAY TO GO – GET BEHIND SIMON DOBBIN AND FAMILY!

SIMON DOBBIN AND HIS FAMILY NEED YOUR SUPPORT AT THIS SATURDAY'S BENEFIT MATCH WITH SOUTHEND UNITED!

There is just one day to go until the Simon Dobbin Benefit Match with Southend United at the Cambs Glass Stadium, and supporters are urged to get their tickets now online or in-store to support Simon’s ongoing care needs.

Every penny raised from the match will go towards improving Simon and his family’s every day live where possible.

Simon is one of our own and like any supporter, simply went to watch the team he supports before having his and his family's life changed forever. He deserves your support, so let's show him, his wife Nicole and his daughter Emily the full support of the Cambridge United family.

He made an emotional return to the Cambs Glass Stadium last October for the first time since the assault, when he attended the U's Sky Bet League Two fixture with Portsmouth and was welcomed on to the pitch with a standing ovation before the game. Watch his return here.

The scheduled pre-season friendly with the Shrimpers gives the players, staff and supporters of both Clubs the chance to join together in a mark of solidarity for Simon and his family.

Like Josh Coulson’s Testimonial last week, the Club have taken the decision to only open the Newmarket Road End and Mundipharma Community Stand for the fixture to create the best atmosphere for Simon and his family.

Supporters with tickets for the Habbin Stand will be able to gain access to the Newmarket Road End.

Match Tickets (K.O. 3:00PM) are available online, in-store and by calling 01223 566 500.
