Cambridge United Community Trust join forces with ARM to help raise awareness of men’s health, with a giant Movember moustache on the pitch at the Abbey Stadium.
Employees from the multinational technology company whose headquarters are based in Cambridge, donated clothes to create the moustache and will be passed on to Mind Charity shops.
The initiative was devised in order to raise awareness for the Movember Foundation, who aim to raise awareness and money for men’s health.
Ben Szreter, Cambridge United Community Trust CEO, said: “It was really exciting to work with Arm to raise awareness of the Movember foundation and the great work they do on men’s health issues.
“Arm are a company with their headquarters in Cambridge who have brilliant community links and do excellent charitable work so it made sense to team up to deliver an innovative project.
“The final result, a huge Movember moustache on our pitch made up of clothes to be donated to charity, was stunning and Cambridge United are proud to be a part of it.”
