BIDWELLS BUILDS FIRM FOUNDATION WITH CAMBRIDGE UNITED COMMUNITY TRUST

Leading property consultants Bidwells is working in partnership with Cambridge United Community Trust (CUCT), the charitable arm of Cambridge United Football Club, to help support employability across the region. 

While CUCT already delivers educational events and secondary school workshops that align with the national careers curriculum, Bidwells sponsorship will enable a whole new strand of inspiring activities to extend its work.

Danny Kerrigan, Community Trust Manager, states: “Bidwells’ support will allow us to continue to develop our employability work, which aims to broaden the possibilities young people in Cambridgeshire perceive for their future, as well as providing an extra source of inspiration – we are delivering more with thanks to Bidwells.”

Employability in action at CUFC is about delivering projects across key themes for external and adult mainstream education opportunities – those seeking employment can enhance skills with elements that include everything from creating a CV, learning interview techniques and understanding application processes to far more focused activities such as a computer coding.
