Cambridge United are seeking applicants to become part time Talent Identification officers across the region, as part of the U’s continued commitment to the recruitment and development of home-grown players.
Based in Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, the part-time opportunities suit any experienced football scout, who is passionate about talent identification and possess in-depth knowledge of youth football in their geographical area, particularly focused on the 12-15 year age groups.
Applicants should be committed to identifying young players and working within a team.
The suitable candidate would be responsible for the identifying of talented players that meet the needs of the Academy and in keeping with Cambridge United’s player profile, philosophy and core values.
