Already the Cambridge United Summer Soccer Schools in association with Elms BMW Cambridge have smashed through the 2,000 bookings mark, with demand expected to increase further this week!
Kicking off on Monday at five of the 15 venues set to host Soccer Schools this summer, places are becoming increasingly limited as day one draws nearer with the U's encouraging all those interested to sign up as soon as possible.
If you are local to the St Ives, Bottisham, Comberton, Kings Hedges or Witchford Soccer Schools, then time is running out and ensure that you do not miss out on the start of the summer schedule.
Led by the U’s professional youth development coaches, the sessions offer players the opportunity to work on a technical training programme each morning, before the fun and games begin in the afternoon with a succession of small sided matches.
Meanwhile additional activities for the summer include Xtreme Soccer Zorb Football, inflatable football pitches and even weekly visits from members of the Cambridge United first team!
Each week will also be themed around a number of United stars, with more details set to be revealed later in the week.
Girls only and Goalkeeper specific Soccer Schools are also available throughout the summer, with more information available at www.cusoccerschools.co.uk as to where and when they will take place.
Talented players will be identified by our FA and first aid qualified coaches, and will be offered a trial within the U’s Youth Development System. Whilst for players who attend a full week’s sessions, they will receive a written progress report and personal action plan at the end of the week.
Soccer Schools is the perfect answer to any working parent during the school holidays, eliminating the need to search for child care with an exciting course that promotes healthy living as well as an entertaining training programme.
