SOCCER SCHOOLS - WEEK TWO - BOOK ON

It’s Luke Berry Week for Cambridge United Soccer Schools

Week two of the Cambridge United Soccer Schools in association with Elms BMW began today, with limited places available to book for the remaining four days at St Neots, Sawston, Chesterton and Swavesey.

Last week saw Cambridge United Youth Development engage with over 850 kids across five venues as the Soccer Schools began with an almighty bang! In the first player themed week of the summer holidays, participants honed their skills as strikers during the technical training sessions for Barry Corr week.

This week it's the turn of Luke Berry, with those who book a place on this week’s holiday courses work on their skills in midfield, as well as enjoying the usual fun games, zorb football, inflatable football pitch and player visits included in a busy summer schedule.

A host of players will once again attend all Soccer Schools for First Team Friday, to accompany our FA and first aid qualified coaches in delivering the sessions as well as signing autographs and posing for pictures.

Meanwhile, the first ever GIRLS ONLY Soccer School took place last week at St Ives and proved to be extremely popular with further opportunities for female participants available across the remainder of the summer holidays, starting with Swavesey this week.

Likewise running alongside the regular Soccer Schools schedule are goalkeeper specific courses, which this week take place at Chesterton. Futsal schools are also available this summer with more information on all additional soccer school courses here.

You can still book your child a place on the Soccer Schools in time to meet the players this Friday, by heading online at the following link or by calling 01223 566 500 (option 4).
