Midfielder departs the Abbey
MICHAEL Spillane has left Cambridge United by mutual consent.Spillane, 24, has made 16 appearances for the U's this season after signing as a free agent in the Summer.

Mitch Austin has had his Loan spell at Lincoln City extended until 1st March, with the option af a 24-hour recall.
