Cambridge United first team players Chris Maxwell and Liam Hughes are set to work with young aspiring footballers in two exclusive half term football courses.
Chris Maxwell will be hosting a Goalkeeper Camp at Hinchingbrooke School and Liam Hughes will be teaching children some new tricks in his Skill School event in late October.
Both sessions have proven incredibly popular and are already fully subscribed. Young U’s fans and aspiring footballers can now look forward to the next event involving the United First Team players at the ‘Meet the Players’ event on Monday 23 December.
A Match Morning session will be held from 9am until 1pm at Abbey Pool AstroTurf. This session is an opportunity for children to play small sided games in a relaxed and fun environment, under the guidance of the Cambridge United Youth Development coaches. Children booking to attend all day will be walked back to The R Costings Abbey Stadium to have a tour of the ground and meet the U’s stars! The full day lasts from 9am until 5pm.

Places for the Match Morning are £15.00 and the full day (Match Morning and Meet the Players) costs £25.00. Early booking is advised as these events are both expected to sell out.
