United go in to the match on the back of a 1-0 home victory against Lincoln City on Saturday, while The Hatters picked up a point following a 0-0 draw at Forest Green Rovers.
Luton have picked up 5 points from their opening four games of the campaign, including one win, two draws and one defeat.
The U's hope to have last season's top scorer Tom Elliott available, Andy Pugh and Kevin Roberts will both be in contention having fully recovered from their respective injuries.
